Lumex Digital provides digital creative services. No physical product is shipped unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise.
Delivery method
Proofs and final files are delivered through email, a secure download link, cloud storage, or another method agreed in writing. You are responsible for providing a working email address and downloading files within any stated link-expiration period.
Turnaround
Most standard projects are estimated at 1–3 business days after payment and receipt of a complete brief. Complex branding, illustration, animation, bulk work, or multiple revision rounds may require longer. Your quote or order confirmation controls if it states a different schedule.
When timing starts
Production time begins after required payment clears and we receive all necessary instructions, source files, dimensions, copy, and approvals. Waiting for customer feedback pauses the delivery schedule.
File acceptance
Please review delivered files promptly. Report missing, corrupted, or incorrectly formatted files within 7 calendar days so we can correct the issue. Keep your own backups after download.
