These Terms govern use of the Lumex Digital website and purchase of our creative services. By using the website, approving a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Services and project scope
Services may include vector conversion, logo and brand design, illustration, social graphics, banners, signage, image editing, and related digital creative work. The approved quote, invoice, order description, or written project brief defines the project scope, deliverables, price, timing, and included revisions.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate instructions, timely feedback, and materials you are authorized to use. You represent that your content and requested use do not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights and are not unlawful, deceptive, hateful, obscene, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or our payment providers.
Quotes, payment, and taxes
Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Work may require full or partial payment before it begins. Prices are stated in the quoted currency. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and payment-provider charges unless stated otherwise.
Revisions and approvals
Included revisions apply only to the agreed concept and scope. New directions, additional concepts, or changes after approval may require a new quote. Your written approval authorizes us to finalize and deliver the work.
Intellectual property
After full payment, you receive the usage or ownership rights expressly described in your quote or invoice. Lumex Digital retains ownership of unpaid work, rejected concepts, working files not included as deliverables, tools, methods, and pre-existing materials. Third-party fonts, stock assets, or software remain subject to their separate licenses.
Portfolio use
Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing before work begins, we may display completed public-facing work in our portfolio and marketing. Contact us before ordering if your project requires confidentiality or delayed publication.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, scrape content at scale, violate law, infringe rights, or use our services for prohibited PayPal activities.
Disclaimers and liability
Services are provided with reasonable care, but creative results are subjective and we do not guarantee particular sales, rankings, audience growth, trademark registration, or commercial outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lumex Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
