Customer-provided materials
You must own or have permission to use every logo, character, photo, font, trademark, likeness, reference, and other asset submitted to us. We may decline work that appears to infringe third-party rights.
Original work and license transfer
Rights to final work transfer only after full payment and only to the extent described in the approved quote or invoice. Rejected concepts, unpaid work, internal tools, templates, processes, and excluded source files remain ours.
Third-party materials
Stock content, typefaces, plugins, and other third-party assets remain governed by their original licenses. We will identify material license restrictions when they are known and relevant to the deliverables.
Copyright or trademark complaints
If you believe content on this website infringes your rights, email hello@lumexdigital.com with your contact information, identification of the protected work, the exact URL or description of the disputed material, the basis of your claim, and a good-faith statement that your report is accurate and authorized.
Repeat or abusive infringement
We may remove disputed material, request proof of authorization, refuse service, or terminate projects involving repeated or deliberate infringement.
